How do I cancel my subscription?

If you have an active subscription for WEN® products, your account is through Guthy Renker, our former infomercial partner. That is the only company that offers continuous shipments of WEN. Unfortunately, we can't access their accounts here at Chaz Dean Studio, as we operate independently. In order to cancel your account or change your order, you would need to contact them directly at 1-800-964.1892 or you can try logging in to your account on their website at www.wen.com.
